
People today do note at well and are sedentary. The food is now heavily contaminated with pesticides and toxic substances to our bodies. Also people do not eat at times and that are abused a fast food. All this plus the lack of exercise, mean that people have many health problems. Increased physical activity can give a longer life and improved health. Exercise helps prevent heart disease and many other problems. Exercise is important for most people, but is especially important if you are trying to lose weight. Call your doctor before starting any exercise routine, especially if you have any medical condition or if there are other reasons why caution should be exercised when performing any exercise. That´s why we must be fed properly with fruits, vegetables, meat, healthy and doing exercise regularly, makes a better life. Finally, take care of your health and body to enjoy both a healthy life full of happiness.
Whether I agree with you on actudalidad we are not feeding as it should, I believe to be healthier we started having a client-balanced.
